Caribbean Server

Have league ever thought abour creating a caribbean server for us caribbean people, i get that they have a lan server which is really close here but if we do play on that server we would not understand what most players are saying because we dont speak spanish, but pls a caribbean server would really be nice to help reduce the lag when we play on the na server our ping is really high there and believe me the caribbean community for league is not small so creatinf this server would really benefit us and make the game comfortable to play with less lag
