How long for riot support to respond to tickets

My account got hacked and I sent a ticket last night I have had my account since season 2 and this really sucks I have spent alot of time and money on that account I was just wondering how long does it usually take for them to respond to a ticket?

I guess it depends on a lot of things, but from my personal experience (if my memory serves me correctly) it's never later than 2-3 days to get the first real response (and that's me ignoring the first one that's usually just there to tell you to wait, or to transfer you).
