If there was a soccer game

Seeing all the soccer skins in league, assuming there was a soccer game happening in a stadium of some sort demacia vs noxus and Kat being one of the referees, would she show favoritism towards Garen despite him being on the opposing team? In terms of issuing red, yellow cards etc. Or would she still support Noxus players?
