Overload of trolls recently

Recently every time i go to play some normals i get an autolocker or some troll on my team. For about 3 weeks now i have been getting 1-3 autolockers per game. I have also been getting several trills such as a janna building only zephyrs or a ryze going supp forcing me to go too lux with support items. The worst part of this os that theplayers dont care at all about getting reported since "riot doesn't care".

I love playing league but lately it has just been surrendering at 20 because a troll or an autolocker fed. It just becomes a total waste of time and is testing my patience in this game.

TL;DR - I have been getting toxic players and trolls every game for weeks now and it's becoming a nuisance.
