Suggestion: Smartcast/Normalcast remembered per champion???

I can't be the only one who's had this idea, judging by the number of addons/mods available that do precisely this purpose. I like to change champions a lot and not focus on just one, so for me it is incredibly annoying to have to start each game with double-checking my Smartcast/Normalcast settings. This seems like the sort of idea that is:

1. easy to implement from a programming perspective (smartcast settings are already saved client-side in a little rawtext .ini file, just add separate lines in that file for each champion's abilities) (the biggest issue I can forsee would be answering the question, "do we want to remember Smartcast settings for items 1-7 and summoner spells on a per-champion basis, or leave these global?")
2. has immediate, obvious benefits to some number of players (me and anyone currently using the addons/mods)
3. has no downsides for people that don't change their Smartcast/Normalcast settings, or for people that don't see this as an issue (unless those people opening their settings page at the beginning of the game, then going "oh yeah I don't need to do that any more" and feeling silly is considered a downside)

Also, before anyone starts hating on me for not using Smartcast everything, I do use Smartcast for most things, just not everything. I like having Sion's Q as Normalcast (just personal preference) and Bard's portals as Normalcast (so I can make sure I've got the portal angled correctly), for example.
