Could you make ALL of Miss Fortune's skins purchaseable for the time being?

I would really like to buy the road warrior Miss Fortune skin. But I don't want to shell out 4000 RP for all of her skins if I just want that one skin. Couldn't you make all of her skins purchasesable for a short while?
