Runes

Hello World*[slayer-jinx-catface]* I am new to this game and this is my first..board. I just found it very annoying that i had bought some unnecessary runes because i had no idea what they were :/ ..and now i cant sell/trade them.[slayer-jinx-unamused] It would be nice if riot could ..update that insignificant..part of the game. Thankyou. ...that is not how a board works..does it?
