Orphan Annie Skin. Yay or Nay? Share your skin ideas!

I love all the quirky skin concepts and existing rotation skins (ex. slayer skin series). I always love the comical skins. Which got me thinking that maybe an orphan Annie skin could be a real considerable concept based on the (1982) Annie film. Curly Orange hair, freckles, and a big bald, suited Mr. Tibbs Warbucks. Control 3 could be a little dance while singing "The Sun will come out Tomorrow". Maybe an idea to far fetched and maybe a film theme not well know enough as the age range is very broad, either way there ye be, an idea worth sharing.
