Ever wish you could trade skins? Hear me out.....

You could have a certain number of trades and a skin could only be traded once. (so they couldn't be rotated) Never gonna happen but it would be nice in an ideal world. I see people getting snowdown skins that I want but they don't. It would not take away from their revenue. People would start buying skins anytime they get them at a bargain just so they could have a good skin to trade later. WIN-WIN.

EX: during snow down I got a Blood moon thresh. I have him at level 5 but I real don't like him much. I would buy him however at the discounted price so I would have him for someone else in the hopes that someone was doing the same.
