On the possibility of un-retiring old Legendary skins...

I'll be brief. Some skins were retired because they weren't up to what Riot felt were the standards they wanted. That's perfectly acceptable.

However... the first legendary skins were retired because they didn't feel, well, Legendary enough, so they felt players weren't getting their RP worth. But this was before Riot introduced their tiered RP-cost system. And now they have this system.

The first-wave legendary skins that weren't retired - namely, Astro Teemo and Lion Dance Kog'maw - were reduced in price, and since Legendary skins were supposed to be fixed, players who bought them were given a small RP refund to reflect their new price.

However, the rest of the first-wave legendaries - Magnificent TF, Firefighter Trist, Invader Heimerdinger and Red Baron Corki - still look great today... by the standards of a lower price point. Particularly, by the 1350 RP tier, which Astro Teemo and Lion Dance Koggy comfortably sit at.

So, what I'm wondering is, has the possibility of un-retiring these skins at a new, more reasonable price point ever been considered?
