Ultimates in loading screens

What if Riot made Ultimate Skin portraits move even in the loading screen? It would be sensational, like imagine the loading screen moving with only those splash arts, one would see their difference one would say DAMN. It can be placed as an asset that comes with the skins, since they do cost $30. Ultimate skins like Spirit Guard Udyr, Pulse Fire Ezreal and DJ Sona. moving in the loading screen, not making it take more time to load not doing or altering anything to a bad extent, just moving showing off their one of a kind glow that attracts everybody to them, their uniqueness. I'm just saying it would be a great asset and should be taken into consideration, it will change loading screens forever
