i swear our summoner names are bipolar

ok so ive noticed recently that my friend`s name was in all lowercase letters when it was displayed on my friends list, but in game it was in all caps, and he confirmed for me that he registered it to be in all caps.... and I also just realized that my name is IMREALLYHUNGRY on this forum (at least to me), but it is in lowercase in game (and when i registered).
