there should be a test you should have to pass to play with other good players besdies ranked garb

if me and dyrus played 200 games each half the time i would get higher than he does. why? because i know how to play the game and so does he but why would it be half? because half the community plays ranked because they watch lcs players do it and try to copy so only half the community knows what they are doing.
