You got perma-banned because you acted on your emotions.
Just imagine this. In a workplace, some dude is not doing his job properly. He's dragging you down because you need him to complete his duty in order for you to hand in your assignments. If he doesn't complete his duty on time and properly, your operation cannot go on.
So you got angry and you started calling him out, yelling at him and harassing him.
The scenario here is
- Nobody knows why he is doing his job poorly.
- Your supervisor/manager will give you shit because of your behavior towards an employee.
- If it violates company policies and standards (like you have here in LoL), you'll be let go.
Trolls are hard to identify unless you witness first-person. So by telling people you called out a troll... it's possible that that player is just very new, having connection issues, etc. etc. Your story against his. In comparison, the dude working could be sick, soar from yesterday's work, etc. etc. It's best to work around it and with it, and try to turn his negative performance into positive.
Moral of the story is, most of the time, it's best not to show your emotions when you're angry because
- The other person will not react or reform because of you.
- Your boss/supervisor/manager will judge your performance and personality based on this.
- It will not solve anything, rather make the situation worse.
