A final proposed change to Quinn, before the start of S6 Ranked

As a fan of Quinn since her release, I think I'm not alone when I say that her rework at the start of 5.22 was absolutely atrocious. The nice thing is that Riot listened to my grievances, and have restored some of Quinn's power on her passive and (God bless) her Q. However...

That ult.

That ult is still a blight on Quinn's otherwise exciting kit, and it really seems like Riot is trying to keep it that way by renaming it on PBE. It makes Quinn's kit clunky and ugly to use, so I would like to propose a final change regarding Quinn's ultimate.

Tag Team Cost: 0 Mana Cooldown: 25/15/10 following Skystrike/end of Tag Team duration

Quinn disappears and calls Valor down to fight for her. Valor has increased movement and attack speed. Upon performing six basic attacks as Valor, Valor will gain the ability to use Skystrike. If Valor does not perform Skystrike within 25 seconds, he will automatically do so.

Total Movement Speed Increase as Valor: 40/60/80 flat movement speed Total Attack Speed Increase as Valor: 25%/40%/55%

Skystrike

Valor disappears and Quinn returns to the fight, dealing 40/60/80 (+10%/15%/20% of target's missing health) physical damage to all enemies around her.

What I am suggesting with these changes is that Quinn becomes more of a 'transform' type of champion, like Elise or Nidalee, while regaining the one thing she still lacks from her old kit: her execution potential. I think this helps retain her identity as a character - a roaming scout capable of silently and quickly assassinating targets with the aid of her loyal bird friend, Valor - and as a champion - a duelist/assassin who can control or eliminate a single target.

I chose to cut back a couple of things when taking into account the return of Quinn's ult - specifically, if Quinn is going to be a semi-'transform' type of champion, any stats that she gains from her other form should be reduced heavily. Specifically, I thought that her movement speed bonus specifically in tag Team was insane, being a percent bonus movement buff, so I thought a flat amount would be much better. Other than that, I think that this version of Quinn's ult is much better than her current one.

So as a veteran of every season (not saying that to get credit, just to show that I've seen the ups and downs of the seasons) I can tell you that League of Legends is shifting towards a highly mobile play style. Having played a few games with Quinn on my team I can't tell you how invaluable that mobility is. It's truly ridiculous how she can split push or just hunt down that quarter health Tristana who jump flashed two jungle walls.

Admittedly I do not play Quinn, though from experience in-game with her previous the patch and after the patch, she's still a viable champion that I actually fear more now. I main Azir so highly mobile champions make me nervous.
