What if you could buy everything with Influence Points?

Now you probably read the title before you came into this discussion so hear me out. Influence Points can currently only be used for Runes and Champions. If we could buy skins,name changers,2x Xp we would have to work considerably harder for them but it would make people happier. Additionally Riot could pride themselves with the fact there game can be full free to play or people can get Riot points which would still be quicker anyway.
