leaver buster and remake not compatible!!!!!

after waiting for twenty minutes i finally get into a game and one my teammates just quits telling us to remake.............now i am not back in queue and i have to wait 20 mins again now thats not fair.plz make it right riot plzzzzzzzzz

PS : i think the 5 game penalty is all good coz without it the game experience would suck .
