The downfall of the community

i don't know what it is riot i don't know if its because you hate good players or if you want to prevent smurfing or if you are just cimply unaware of this but every time me or someone i know goes on a win streak in ranked you just hit me with a block of idiot players it happened last season when i used to climb a tier a day and almost got out of silver completely then the toxic and the unskilled came out to play and my climbing days were over and now its happened again this season after going on a hot streak and finally climbing out of silver 5 and almost silver 4 i'm now ending up with players who just have no knowledge about initiation, warding, or objectives. Whether this is intentional or not i don't care its just making me have second thoughts on playing ranked because no matter how hard i try i know i'm gonna hit that wall again. nd its not just silver my friend who made it to platinum from gold in less than 2 weeks hit that same wall so being in silver has nothing to do with it. i'm trying to have as much fun with this game as possible whie still trying to maintain that competitive level but the flawed matchmaking and ranking system you guys got going on just ruins the fun of this game for me
