tired of report happy players

I am sick and tired of seeing people telling everyone to report players for stuff that isn't even happening i.e. intentional feeding when said individual is just trying to learn the game or a new champion or is playing a role they are unfamiliar with etc. Also when someone has a computer crash and their friend tells everyone on the team what is going on yet they still tell everyone to report that is just trolling and being a complete jerk. There is no reason for that other than being butt hurt for nothing.
