New Ranked System

So I just got done with a ranked game, my 7th game in a row where someone left the game and didn't qualify for a remake(In Solo Duo Queue). So I went from Silver 4, with 1 win in promos to silver 4 0 LP. League of Legends, I would like to say first off that your ranked system is far from perfect, I believe you need to penalize leavers far more than what you do now, and make the players who do stay get penalized less.

Change 1: For example my jungler leaves the game, and doesn't return, double penalize his LP for losing and cut ours in half so instead of the jungler losing 20 LP he loses 40 for making his team have a little chance of wining. and the other players only lose 10 instead of 20 because the game was essentially unfair at that point.

Change 2: You could do what CS:GO does, make a system where certain members say for example players who haven't disconnected in 30 games or 50 games or something similar are in a priority queue where they are only paired with players who haven't disconnected in a long time.

Change 3: Give some bonus based on stats. For Example my last game, I was 6 and 8 and like 3 or 4, with a team of 0 and 9 0 and 11 etc. They should get penalized more for their bad play. For instance because I played decent and they obviously played terrible, make them lose 30-40 depending on how bad, and myself still lose 20, and for someone who does well, 5-20 depending on how well. With the opposite effect on the other team. So that someone who carries, or constantly does a solid performance gains a lot more.

Change 4: Your rating system of letters is kind of broken. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FVxj06RGhvI I linked a video of the game, but I was 18, 0, and 9 which regardless of farm, which was decent, should be an S of which I received a A+. From my experience it is almost impossible for a jungler to receive an S, and farm for a jungle is not always a fair representation of how good they did that match. Due to different parts of the jungle Baron Dragon Red Buff Blue buff being far more gold and experience, but less total minions then something such as raptors.

Change 5: Similar to Change 3, players who always do well in their games should be moved up regardless of wins or loses. I cannot tell you how many games my father has played where he was 5-8 kills 0 deaths and a few assists where his team would lose. I remember one night he had a streak of 5 games in a row with 0 deaths, and then finally had 2 or 3 the next game. If he was in a league such as plat or gold or diamond, where his team would be of similar skill and survivability he would do amazing, but he can't get there. Your system is handicapping him because he plays well above his rank, but in a way that isn't full on carry, but someone you know will never lose his lane.

I just want to say that I love league of legends, but your ranked system is driving me away. I pour hours and hours into it, just to get a leaver 4-5 games in a row to send me back to where I started for either the day or the week.
