Someone find me a manatee that makes an urf sound.

In the all chat video where someone from riot was asked how they came up with the name Urf, he said it was because manatees make an urf sound.. But I don't think that they do. Can someone prove that the manatee makes an urf sound. Seals make urf sounds. Seal lions make urf sounds. Not manatees...
