Is this website a scam?

"Has anyone ever used this website to buy League merchandise? Is it a scam? I can't find any reviews on it, but the "About Us" section seems very sketchy. Has anyone tried it?"

I found the above post in a older forum post and was never answered. I found this website when I was looking for an Ahri figure. They have a really cute clay Foxfire Ahri , which was my first skin (and still one of my favorites) for her. I wanted to buy it, but I agree with the poster of the forum, the website seems legit. However, since I read the About Us I don't know anymore. I know it accepts PayPal and that's a positive thing for me, because PayPal has really good customer service. Just looking for peoples thoughts on this site and/or personal experiences.
