Is Nocturne ever going to get a new lore so he's not just League's Freddy Kruger

Nocturne's current lore is entirely out of date and bland. It's still heavily reliant on summoners (which aren't supposed to exist) and doesn't say much about him other than he's a spooky asshole that kills you in your dreams. I feel like he could either be tied to Zed and Shen's lore (already the huge fan theory about Zed turning into Nocturne) or be a spirit entity like Kindred or Bard that drives people crazy which thematically works better with his abilities Paranoia and Unspeakable Horror rather than just killing them in their sleep cause right now he's pretty much Genie and Freddy Kruger's lovechild that kills people to be edgy.
