Level 15+ accounts

Not trying to be stupid or annoying or anything but I was wondering if any of you guys have an level 15+ accounts that you can give me that you are no longer using, I quit league of legends a year ago and I sold my level 30 account to my friend but no everyone is starting to play again so I don't want to fall behind. Leveling up to 30 is the pain in the ass and I already know all the mechanics of the game so there is no reason to level up to level 30, I'm not asking for a level 30 account, all I'm is that if you have an account that is currently better than mine that I can use.
