Am I really drunk or ping is this high ?

So .

Playing normal game for fun , and then suddenly I get disconnected , after many attempts to reconnect I finally do come back into the game . But my ping is 10k+ , so I cant do shit , I see people teleporting around stuck in weird poses , immortal minions , etc.

Has anyone else experienced such thing ?

BTW: I had my wi-fi signal at max and internet was working fine , also ping was around 40 and nobody was connected to that wi-fi except me .
