How does Riot choose the definitive name when creating a champion?

I'm just a bit curious on how you decide that a particular name is fitting more then others for champions. And how you imagine those name. Sometimes i feel like some names are out of places for some champions, while others area perfect fits, i'll make some examples

Names that in my opinion fits Anivia, Azir, Cho'Gath, Lee Sin, Tahm kench and others

Some names that i maybe don't fit that much: Brand, Olaf (why every damn viking has to be named olaf...), Sejuani, Vladimir (srsly? too much cliché), Poppy, Heimerdinger, alistar

I would like to hear a Red answer on this is possible thanks
