None important client bug? Super sized mouse pointer

Moving mouse over lane select wheel makes my league pointer finger go to super sized mouse pointer. Doesn't happen on my brothers though. So I'm not sure if its a bug and thats why i put it in Misc. Could just be that I'm on a Mac?
