Hextech Crafting(permanent skins)

I have been able to open quite a few hextech boxes and have unfortunately not received any skins I want but I've just been re-rolling them so that is ok. My first re-roll got me a permanent skin I didn't want for a champion I didn't own so I was able to re-roll it and that was fine by me. Then I did my second re-roll and got a permanent skin of a champion I do have but I don't want this skin either (Armor of the Fifth Age Taric, it's just not my thing though the splash on the new Taric is pretty cool). I think that I should receive that permanent the same way I got the first permanent and have the option of keeping it or re-rolling it. I wonder if anyone feels the same way, and I would love to hear any response from Riot.
