An unusual increase of Bot's accounts.

Well, I've asked a mayority of my friends about this, and they all got the same thing, as it makes me wonder a few things: The topic in matter is: "This facebook page -eloboosting- is going widely open, creating THOUSANDS of bot's accounts."

-They add you with not one, nor two, but maybe 10 accounts, (4 per day for me...) spamming the everliving teemo out of your friendlist. Today I logged in and found 5 more.

I cannot put the link of said page, since it would be spamming, but I think a lot of players already know which one.

I have several questions about this:

-isn't elo boosting illegal? -Aren't they making profit against RIOT's permission? because I've lurked across that... it's a lot of money if they actually get "customers" aside of gifting RIOT points once in a while if you do the same crap, share/like/blah/blah and get a chance to win. -Isn't making thousands of accounts illegal also? -Have you been through this too? maybe it's something happening in a small area.

Again maybe it's something okay to do, since I have none to little understandment. But ehhhhh... gotta share it, the increase of bot's accounts are raising quickly, it looks like I'm playing Allods.
