PSA: STOP down voting threads where someone just wants a question answered.

I've seen threads get down voted simply asking if starting Raptors was good in the jungle. One asking about taking attack speed marks instead of armour pen on Zed. One just now where a newer player was asking HOW a certain mastery worked.

Just answer the question and stop killing their threads. I guarantee they aren't the only person with that question and down voting them without an answer doesn't help anybody.
