Lore issues: Any response?
I haven't seen a single red reply to any of the Forum complaints on the Lore... Could we get some sort of reasoning for changing the Lore again, seeing as we've clearly shown our disapproval... Anything at all?

Because they feel like it?
To be fair, the event isn't here yet, so what we as a community are seeing is not the whole picture. Any response they give now will either need to explain what's going to happen (which they shouldn't do anyway) and inevitably have people attack that (whether or not it's good or bad). Or they'll be giving us a "wait for it" which will not only accomplish nothing but also piss more people off.
To be blunt, the Lore department is apprehensive about entering that sub-forum. The last lore team left a horrible taste in people's mouths (kitae being the biggest culprit), especially with their* holier than thou *attitude about the Freljord patch and the constant promises of delivering new lore but never actually doing so.
Right now, the only two people we know of in the Lore department are RiotOpeli, the only person to answer background questions during the Gnar AMA, and Tom Abernathy, who has all but disappeared off the face of the planet.
Right now, I suspect the lore team will be releasing the "updated" stories, then disappearing or ignoring the backlash that's sure to come.
