Pre-Game Reporting

There seriously needs to be a way to report someone right from the champion select screen, for those games you get into where people don't get what they want s they decide to feed, forcing someone from your team to dodge. Or as I've seen said before, the option to vote-kick someone from champ select. I just ran into this situation 2 games in a row, one of which I was the one forced to dodge causing me to lose my series.
