@Riot: A complaint about customer support (would like some answers)
TLDR: I was unfairly banned from the boards for a week, I submitted and support ticket with evidence that it was unjustified but the player support team STILL hasn't addressed the issue, only "transferred" my request to a different department or rioter who specializes in what I was asking for help for; The ticket is still open even though my week long ban is over now.

DISCLAIMER I AM NOT DISCUSSING ACCOUNT ISSUES NOR WILL I POST THE PICTURE THAT GOT ME UNFAIRLY BANNED i WILL ONLY DESCRIBE WHAT HAPPENED
Alright, So one week ago I was banned from the boards because I posted a (what I thought was) funny picture in reaction to yasuo being disabled thanks to a bug (because hey free ranked ban thanks to riot!)
However one "goody gumdrops gets butthurt by everything" player posted on the thread calling me toxic and saying Im toxic and hating twords a certain group of people because the post contained the word "%%%%%"
He reported it and shortly after It got removed and I got banned for being "racist and toxic" for one week.
Now at this point I had three good reasons why It was an unfair ban; the first being the picture "Aww shit %%%%%" of that little anime girl with her hands in the air and a party hat on, in which is commonly accepted on the boards and considered funny.
secondly it states in the rules to not be a jerk and dont use hate speech or vulgar language in direct relation twords somebody or a group of people My picture had simply stated "My %%%%% thanks"
Meaning just like the "aww shit %%%%%" It was NOT DIRECTED AT ANYONE
thirdly as stated riot stated it was ok to use vulgar language as long as it not directed at anyone (see the FAQ under "can I still drop an F--- bomb?"
So at this point with evidence in hand I went to sumbit a ticket to defend my case I supplied all information and waited for a reply, obviously I knew id need to wait 2~3 days to get a response which I did the one stating I'd be transferred
normally after that I would always get a response within a day
However its been four days and now my ban is over so id like to ask Riot
Whats going on with your Player support team?
Id like to know why I was forced to wait out my entire (although short) ban from the boards without having the chance to even defend myself and get it proven unfair or told why is was fair.
Instead I had to just wait out my ban with NO CHANCE to even appeal because of two reasons: It was probably too short and the player support team might be swamped.
However I find it VERY wrong that you offer a way to appeal punishments yet you throw out punishments (for the boards mainly) without a tribunal system or checks and balances system to be sure its a fair and just ban (not just some guy reported it and a mod sees it and bans you)
Became I know PERSONALLY that mods get stuff wrong as I was perma banned from the boards before for "phishing and scamming" about 4 months ago in which I didnt even post a link or anything in fact I cant remember what I posted but I got this message:

I knew it was unfair so I went to player support and shortly later they sent me a message to fix an unfair perm ban that stated "Suspension Notice 4 months ago From: Riot Games Reducing to 1 hour"
Knowing that I have had issues with unfair punishment on the boards before Id like to know what youre doing in the player support department? Are you just overly swamped or what? If youre going to have a punishments like 1 week bans Dont you think you should be working out a way for players to be able to appeal shorter punishments if you cant handle the mass amount of tickets?
