solo queue sigh

right now I feel like there is so much BM going around in solo queue, more than usual. :( games are frustrating to play. and I'm getting a lot of players with very non-caring attitudes. people saying they are bored, or that they don't care about the game, or that it's their smurf who gives a f***.

I'd like to think people can be chill when rank doesn't matter rather than pissy? or is it the gameplay changes that are defeating people? or maybe it's just coincidence/....
