Is it just me??

Just curious if anyone else is getting delays in game after the patch? I played a few games after the patch and all of them I've had moments in team fight where I just can't move or cast spells. (Note this isn't a problem of my computer as it was working just fine before the patch). The screen won't lag or freeze but my command just won't go through
