Curious about feeding punishments. HAS IT EVER EVEN HAPPEN?

Has anyone ever known someone or seen someone that got punished for intentional feeding? I fell like the only thing people get punished for is cursing and afking.

I was really just curious. I don't think I will be hearing from riot on this one.

If so, just how bad and how often do you think you need to feed?
