Sorry. I just find this incredibly annoying when this happens. It's happened enough times (especially at night.) I mean, if Ireported them. I obviously don't want to play with them again.

Just block them when you report them. Riot is hoping that once someone gets reported they will change.

There could be "Don't put this guy and me in a same game" list, which would automatically replace you with another queue-ing player if there is a player on the list as either an ally or an enemy (If the italic parts are changed, it would possibly be abused). As you can false-report someone (I don't think you do that often), the reported player shouldn't be punished by this list.

This can help many players, but I'm not sure whether it is worth coding and testing or not.

While it would be great to be able to not play with those people, (and most of the time you don't) I think the main reason Riot hasn't implemented a feature to completely not play with someone is because it's likely that it will be abused with false reports.

Someone in Diamond starts reporting every player on the enemy team every time they lose.

Bam, suddenly they win every game because all the people better then them are blocked from grouping with them.

I was wondering something like this myself. A few days ago I put a troll on my block list, and today I was matched with this player again. I hope that soon the block list lives up to its name and does more than mute chat.
