Summoner Name Change Grace Period

I think that the wait times on these name changes are far to long. I mean for a level 12 player you have to wait a year to obtain their name. That's a bit ridiculous, not to mention that the level 30 accounts take over two years to lose their names. I suggest that you should lower the grace periods for accounts because if you haven't gotten on for more than a year you probably won't be getting on anytime soon. While I do understand that some people will come back to the game after long periods of time, most people don't. Usually, they find something else to play or just forget about the game in general.
