Have you even played Bard in One for All? Do you know the joy of the five man, level 1 fountain dive due to all the Magical Journeys?
Sure doesn't look like it.
Have you played bard at all? he has so much utility in his kit, i prefer him sometimes over Thresh himself. Learn how to play him and then watch how fast your opinion changes.
