" What does it mean? It means we won't be adding Low Priority Queues (LeaverBuster punishments) to the Ranked Rewards exclusion policy this year. It was a new feature we added since 2014, so it was an open debate whether to do something with Low Priority Queues this year when it comes to ranked rewards . . . #we won't be adding Low Priority Queues to the Ranked Rewards exclusion policy this year.

Does this mean Yall are gonna get your rewards even though you may of gotten leaver buster?
