What if hitting Diamond or higher allowed the option to get a Victorious skin from a previous season

I've always thought that Victorious things were cool as hell. And obviously they're given to players who did well that season, but what about players who weren't around yet?

You see, I started playing this game in the Season 4 pre-season. That means it was physically impossible for me to ever get Victorious Janna, Jarvan, or Elise. But what if a player who did remarkably well had the opportunity to earn a previous Victorious skin. Of course, this would have to be someone who did insanely well. Like, a minimum of Diamond 1, and they could purchase it with RP.

Maybe even make it only for Master Tier. It'd just be something to set a goal for. Maybe even a stipulation would have to be doing well on that specific champion also, for example, who'd have to have level 5 Janna master and a positive winrate on her, in addition to reaching Master Tier and having x amount of ranked games with her (maybe 100? Possibly more).

Of course people who already have those could also get some sort of "You got Master tier" reward, like getting a mystery skin, or perhaps even a Mystery legacy skin.

Either way I think it'd be really cool for Riot to reward people for hitting remarkably high ELO. In all honesty, if I had the opportunity to unlock Victorious Elise if it meant I had to hit Diamond 1 by the end of the season, I would immediately start training with Elise to main her all the way from 0 games played in ranked this season to hitting Diamond.

Because let's be honest, once you hit gold, their's no other real reason to try for a higher rank, other than the border.
