Attack move click items

I changed my left click to attack move click so it attacks the closest enemy to the click but now my items are messed up. When i play support and use redemption or face of the mountain I have to use the item number and left click at the exact same time, while also aiming at the place or champion i want to activate the item on time. It is really hard to do them at the same time so it usually takes like 3 tries to get the item to activate. I tried changing the item to quick cast but then it just wouldn't work. Any tips would be much appreciated :)
