[Suggestion] Custom Announcers/Interfaces

Alright, i'm gonna go ahead and be honest here, Dota 2 gave me the idea. But, it adds a bit more fun to the game in my opinion. We had a Gangplank announcer for a while, some liked it and some didn't, then of course the classic announcer who most like, and still.. some don't.

So, why not add the ability for people to submit designs to Riot, or for Riot to just make their own, different Interfaces/Announcers.

For announcers it could just be different Champions from League, or maybe people/characters outside of League.. who knows.

Same goes for Interfaces, maybe add something on the interface that interacts with the game, like maybe there's a kill counter on the UI, maybe the UI has a Battlecast look, like the Battlecast skins, and when the kill counter reaches 10/20/30 and so on, something happens on the interface. It may be distracting, but there'd be on option to turn this on/off in the options of the game.

Just a suggestion to add a little bit more to the game. What do you guys think?
