Bilgewater Announcer Change Mac

Can someone help me on how to change the in-game announcer to the bilgewater announcer on a Mac computer. Where can I get a file of the announcer and how to I exchange the file with the normal announcer in the LoL Client Package Contents? Thanks to who ever is nice enough to help me. :)
