I've got a solution for players that don't like the "PC" community and want to trash talk

Create your own community which has a rule of not reporting for minor toxicity. Play custom matches against each other. You can say whatever the group agrees is acceptable, if anything is disallowed at all. You could even run tournaments, all isolated from the rest of the players that don't welcome the type of behavior you find acceptable.

Don't want to do that and you'll just have to keep to the rules of the community you are a part of. After all, you can't get punished if people find your behavior acceptable and don't report it. You came to League so have to follow its rules, not the other way around.
