Want Teambuilder Back

I am not a ranked player. I will never be a ranked player. I have no desire to play ranked. I don't want to play blind pick where people complain, fight, and dodge over who is going where. I don't have an issue with the new character select in draft mode, but its not teambuilder. I want to be able to pick my lane and champ without having to argue, cajole, or be an ass and autolock. I want to be able to kick a player who wants to jungle with sona, I don't want to sit through 8 minutes of banning and selecting just to have some ass dodge when the last ban gets their champ, or they get stuck with a support they hate or whatever.
Teambuilder was great because your whole team got to play what they wanted where they wanted and everyone could decide whether they were ok with that before hand or not. Sometimes it took awhile. I was willing to wait to avoid all the other hassles associated with queing up in this game. Some didn't like it, I get it. Some want draft picks so they can avoid hard counters, I get it. Teambuilder wasn't for them. Teambuilder was for me and the many people like me who want to play weird combos and makeups, people who want to say "screw the meta, I'm trying this".
The biggest thing is its already there, it works, it takes no additional input to create or implement. Just please turn it back on.
