over the past few days Qs have been getting longer and longer. Im up to 15 min Q averages.

Dynamic queue, solo queue players are getting tired of being used for dynamic queue's system, and are quitting, the higher the rank, the less solo queue players there are that are willing to be thrown against premades.
Lack of support players (because of abuse, lack of gold and XP), people quitting Dynamic Que and playing blind, premades in Dynamic Que.
