Riot Player Support Is A Joke

Like serious. When going to the support section they try their best to force you to read through FAQ's so that they dont have to receive contact from you. But not everything can be solved through the FAQs.

So when a person takes the time to put in a very detailed request ticket. The least these Player Support Specialist can do is take the time to at least answer your questions within the ticket.

I just put in a request ticket yesterday. They did repsond just 5 hours later...so thanks for the quick response. But at the same time its like they didnt even respond at all because instead of answering my questions....the guy says

"Please know that because our teams receive so many feedback reports daily, we are unfortunately unable to respond to every entry individually. Thank you again for taking the time to contact me with your thoughts. Your passion for League of Legends and participation are a big part of what makes our community so awesome."

Seriously? WTF???

You are Player Support Specialist....this is your job to respond to tickets. You are on my ticket now.....how do you have time to tell me you cant respond to tickets when you are on my ticket now? The time you took to tell me this you could of just answered my questions.
