surrender vote improvement idea.

what if we made it so mmr took into account how often people vote yes on a surrender. this would allow people who dont surrender ever to play their games unimpeded encourage people to think before initiating a vote, as it would be more likely to pass if it actually happens make it harder to "hold a game hostage" by stalling votes deliberately to troll

"surrender mmr" would be taken into account along with your normal mmr and would calculate

• how many times do you vote yes

• of those yes votes. how many of them did you initiate

• how many times have your surrender votes passed

• how mane times did you vote no

• of your no votes. how many times did you come back.

• how many times were you the minority

a few other stats could be taken into account as well. but lets keep this simple
