QOL change for Gangplank?

Can you make it so that there is an alert to the team when I buy in the same manner as an alert for someone on your team buying etc. Gangplank's ult helps him as much as any other member of the team, especially in teamfights. Knowing what upgrades he has purchased is crucial.

And possibly allow me to see how many silver serpents I have when I scroll over the little box. The white text on silver background can be hard to read sometimes.
